Yerby Therapy is located at Embody in Crestbrook Plaza on Montclair Road, the building next to the Crestline Post Office.

We are in Suite 100, which is the bottom right (eastern) corner of the building.

Parking is in front and around the side. Please arrive early for your first visit so you can get acquainted with our space.
